The workshop entitled, “Turkey – Kyrgyzstan Relations: From Today to Tomorrow”, which was contributed by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey Ankara, Ankara University – Center of International Economic and Political Research in the Faculty of Political Sciences, Institute for Strategic Analysis and Prognosis at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, ORSAM and the Black Sea International, was held at Ankara University – Faculty of Political Sciences on May 6, 2013.   

The opening speeches were made by Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey Ermek Ibrahimov, Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University Prof. Dr. Yalçın Karatepe. During the workshop; “Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Diplomatic Relations”, Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Cooperation in terms of Geopolitics”, “A General Outlook on Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Relations”, “Developing Economic Relations Between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan”, “The Current Situation of Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Relations and Its Future” were handled and discussed.
